One machine pass. A crisp fold every time.
The router mills a V-shaped groove through the back skin and most of the core, leaving the front aluminium skin intact. The panel then folds cleanly along the line — no visible crack, no colour damage on the face.

Plexi and MDF, cut and engraved by laser.
Our laser machine cuts fine detail with smooth, polished edges on Plexi and clean edges on MDF — ideal for sign letters, logos, display stands, gifts and decoration. Pair it with Alucobond for complete signage in one order.
